Analise Samantha Delphine Sesay (she/her)
NEW YORK, United States (13 March 2024) – In honor of International Women's Day, and Women’s History Month, the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association (IGLTA) Foundation is proud to announce that Analise Samantha Delphine Sesay (she/her), is the recipient of its wmnsWORK scholarship for the September 2024 cohort. The wmnsWORK program empowers female and nonbinary entrepreneurs in the travel industry by providing financial assistance, educational resources, and mentorship opportunities through a 12-week virtual accelerator program.
Analise is the founder of Common Healing, a transformative project dedicated to cultivating interconnectedness among cultural workers globally through travel experiences. Common Healing's mission is to "seed an interconnected web of sustenance that transcends national borders and through which resources can move."

2022: Reawakened with a focus on "Participatory World-Building." This ideology seeks to create spaces that prioritize the visions and needs of Black and Brown LGBTQ+ artists, cultural workers, land stewards, and world-building partners from hotels and villas to chefs and transport companies.
