Hosted Buyers continue to enjoy comprehensive access to IBTM World: show floor admission, conference sessions, networking events, and VIP extras such as lounge access and lunch vouchers. Hosted Buyers also receive a personalised appointment diary, featuring matchmade meetings, with the option to request additional meetings directly with exhibitors. Contributions towards flights, airport transfers, and 4–5-star hotel stays are included.

Trade visitors have full access to over 2,350 exhibitors, the conference programme, and networking opportunities. Early registration is free until 20 October; after this date, tickets cost €100.
