Muñoz leads Hilton's diversity management strategies focused on culture, talent and marketplace. “For over 36 years IGLTA has been the authority for LGBTQ+ travel and tourism. I’m humbled and honored to take on a leadership role within this important global organization,” said Muñoz. “LGBTQ+ travel and tourism represents significant social and economic impact around the world and I’m excited to advocate for LGBTQ+ travel related businesses and the diverse consumers they serve.” Muñoz is joined on the board's executive committee by Vice Chair Don Skeoch, Chief Marketing Officer, Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board; Treasurer Felipe Cardenas, Co-Founder/CEO, Colombian LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce; and Secretary Shiho Ikeuchi, President/CEO, Pink Soleil.
