Day 1 – Enjoy the flight from your home country to the beautiful Emerald Isle. Looking for an airfare quote? Just let us know. We are happy to provide airfare quotes for Premium, Business, and First-Class airfare.
Day 2 - You will be greeted at the airport by your personal driver who will take you to your well-located Dublin hotel via executive car. This afternoon, take part in a Connoisseur Tasting Experience at the Guinness Storehouse and tour the “pint-shaped” building to learn all about the impact Guinness has had on Ireland through the centuries. This evening, enjoy a Michelin star four-course dinner, then end the evening in your beautiful 4- or 5-star Dublin hotel.
Day 3 - Start your day off with a fantastic full Irish breakfast (included daily throughout your trip). Then, meet your charming Irish guide who will take you on a private walking tour of Dublin. Visit the Book of Kells at Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral, Ha’Penny Bridge, City Hall, St Patrick’s Cathedral, O’Connell Street, Leinster House, and much more. This evening have a dining experience that includes folklore and traditional Irish music. Overnight at the same gorgeous Dublin hotel.
Day 4 – This morning, meet your private driver-guide for a day tour outside of Dublin city to the Wicklow Mountains and see the breathtaking scenery including the Sally Gap, Glendalough, Valleymount, Blessington, Enniskerry, the “P.S. I Love You” Bridge, Guinness Lake, and St. Kevin's Bed. On your trip, explore the 18th-century Powerscourt House and Gardens, which features famously landscaped themed gardens. This evening back in Dublin, enjoy dinner at an award-winning restaurant. Overnight again in Dublin.
Day 5 – After breakfast, check out of your hotel and collect your rental vehicle. Take the coastal route through Counties Wicklow and Wexford, to County Waterford. In Waterford, you might wish to visit the original Waterford Crystal Factory and Store for a private tour of the facilities. Perhaps shop for a keepsake of your romantic Ireland trip. Along the way, you pass Dungarvan Castle – perhaps you would like to stop in for a visit. Continue driving to your accommodations, one of the finest small luxury hotels in Ireland, and located in a traditional fishing village.
Day 6 – Enjoy a full Irish breakfast at your hotel, then we recommend you take a self-guided walk around Ardmore Head and Ram’s Head, passing the wreck of the Sampson crane and Father O’Donnell’s Well. This afternoon, take a Behind the Scene Tour of Jameson Distillery in Midleton, the home of Jameson Irish Whiskey. Back at your hotel, relax in a luxurious double treatment room and rejuvenate with a couple’s full body massage. This evening, enjoy dinner at the Michelin star restaurant within the hotel. Overnight again in your 5-star hotel.
Day 7 – This morning after your included breakfast, check out of your hotel and drive to Cork, a county known for its incredible artisan foods. Here you will explore the city on foot with your private guide on a tasting tour around the city. Continue on your drive to Kinsale, known locally as the foodie capital of Ireland. Before trying one of the many amazing restaurants in town, perhaps take a leisurely harbor cruise to see the city, and possibly a dolphin or two. Then, continue on to Killarney and your next accommodation, a 5-star centrally-located hotel. This evening, we suggest taking a short walk to a traditional, local pub for great food and traditional Irish folk music.
Day 8 – Your private driver/guide will collect you at your hotel after breakfast. Along with your guide, explore the stunningly beautiful Dingle Peninsula and Slea Head along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Discover the emerald countryside, gorgeous seaside beaches, and charming communities. Take a horse trek through village lanes and past farmlands. (For riders of intermediate level and up to ride on Dingle’s spectacular beaches.) Return to your Killarney hotel and enjoy a five-course dinner at their award-winning restaurant.
Day 9 – This morning, check out of your hotel after breakfast and drive to a working dairy farm in Limerick. Here, you will be taught how to make an authentic Irish meal. You will also have the opportunity to tour the farm where they produce milk for Kerrygold butter before enjoying the meal with the family. Continue on your drive to your next accommodation, one of the finest 5-star castle hotels in Ireland, Dromoland Castle.
Day 10 –Today after breakfast, enjoy the castle grounds and have a private falconry experience to learn about majestic birds of prey, and even have them fly to you. Take a woodland walk or bicycle ride to relish the 450-acre estate, and select a romantic spot to relax with your packed picnic lunch. This afternoon, snuggle close on a traditional pony and trap ride while your driver navigates the castle’s paths and tells you of the rich history of the castle and families that called it home. This evening, enjoy a tasting menu dinner with wine pairings in the castle’s signature restaurant. To end the evening, you might like to take a romantic stroll in the walled garden before settling into your luxurious castle bedchamber again.
Day 11 – After breakfast, check out of your room and drive to the Cliffs of Moher where you can take a cliffside walk to better view the spectacular coastline. Continue on to Galway to visit the original makers of the Claddagh Ring and learn the history behind its unique design. Stroll down Quay Street to explore artisan boutiques, pubs, and cafés. (Perhaps pop into a local cheesemonger to taste some Irish cheese.) After touring this vibrant city, continue driving to your next accommodation, the luxurious 5-star Ashford Castle.
Day 12 – Spend the day on the over 350 acres of grounds at the gorgeous former estate of the Guinness family. Enjoy a full Irish breakfast at the hotel. Take a guided boat ride over the clear waters of Lough Corrib and visit the beautiful islands. If you choose, explore the estate grounds and stroll through the woods as well as formal and informal gardens. Experience a traditional afternoon tea in the castle’s elegant and well-preserved tea room while you take in the spectacular views of the estate. This afternoon, enjoy the castle hotel’s amenities such as the relaxation pool and steam room, cozy up together in the on-site cinema which shows classic and recent films, the billiards room or cigar lounge. Other estate activities also await you, like clay shooting, archery, fishing, a wine cellar tour, and more. For dinner, travel underground to the secret passageways of the castle to enjoy a romantic private wine dinner in the recently unearthed 16th Century tunnels. Overnight again at your castle hotel estate.

Day 13 – After breakfast, check out of your hotel and make your way east to Ireland’s exciting capital, Dublin. Depending on your interest, there are many stops along the way that you can choose from. You might like to visit the Clonmacnoise ruins which include multiple buildings that date back to 544 A.D. Or you could visit Athlone Castle, first built in the 12th century as a timber fort. The well-preserved castle offers entertaining educational exhibits to bring the stories and characters of Athlone to life. And, if you are whiskey lovers, we suggest Kilbeggan Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries in Ireland where you can take a tour followed by a whiskey & cheese pairing using Irish artisan cheeses and some of Kilbeggan Distillery’s premium whiskeys. This evening in Dublin, return your rental vehicle and check into your 4-star Dublin hotel conveniently located close to the airport.
Day 14 – Enjoy the included breakfast then check out of your hotel and take the hotel shuttle to the airport for your return flight home.
